New report on US housing markets that are more or less vulnerable to declines.
The ATTOM real estate analytics report was based on home affordability, equity, unemployment, and other measures in the fourth quarter of 2024. Read the full report HERE.
And it was good news for Nashville 🙌🏼
In fact, 23 of the 51 counties considered LEAST VULNERABLE TO HOUSING MARKET PROBLEMS were in the South.

Rutherford (Rutherford)
Williamson (Franklin/Brentwood)
Knox (Knoxville)
Sullivan (Kingsport)
Washington (Johnson City)
What areas had are the most vulnerable to housing market declines? Counties in California, Illinois, New York City and Florida had the highest concentrations of the at-risk markets in the country.
