Are you trying to time the market?

It’s normal to have questions when making a big decision like buying a home. And one of the most often asking questions is “Is this the right time?”

Points to consider….

• You can’t LIVE IN THE STOCK MARKET •

Real estate is the only investment you can live in. You need to live somewhere. If you plan to live here for several years and this home fits your needs, why wait?


• FINDING “the one” •

You will only be excited about very very few properties. If you find a home that feels right to you, follow that instinct. It won’t be 100% perfect, just like your partner isn’t 100% perfect, but you will feel a connection to it.


• What does it COST TO INVEST in a home? •

Cost of ownership is tied to financing rates. Interest rates are hovering around 3% right now. If you are looking for the right time to borrow money to invest in a house, you found it.


• CHEAP is BAD •

When you buy a home focused exclusively on price, you often forget the more important aspect. Value.

Quality properties in desirable locations appreciate more when markets rise. Bargains are usually bargains in any market.
