  • 1 at $549K ( Lockeland Springs *we had the lucky buyer!)

  • 2 in the $1M range

  • 1 at $2,999,999 (West Meade on market 112 days)

  • 10 had price reductions before going under contract

  • 8 sold the first week on the market


FRIDAY 9/30

  • 14 under $400,000

  • 2 over $1M. (Both in 12S. One was on Gale Lane, originally listed for $1.498M, it was listed at $1.399M when it went UC after a total of 23 days on market. One was on Montrose Ave listed at $1.05M, on the market for 22 days with no price drops and got a contract._

  • 1 was over $2M. (Originally listed in January for $3.495M this one had several price drops before attracting a contact at a $2.399M list price.)

  • 1 was over $3M. (Annandale neighborhood of Brentwood/Davidson Co side. Originally listed in June for $3.625M, the listing price were is got a contract was $3.249M.)

  • 13 had price reductions before going under contract

  • 13 sold the first week on the market


THURSDAY 9/29

  • 14 were under $400,000

  • 1 was $900,000 (4 bedroom historic house on Forest Ave in East Nashville. Sold in 19 days.)

  • 1 over $2M (New construction home in Green Hills. Initially went on the market in April, went under contract in May, fell out of contract in June, went through 3 price reductions and just now got back under contract.)


WEDNESDAY 9/28

  • 17 were under $400,000. Includes a condo at Bristol on Broadway, a condo in WEHO, and 2 condo at Silo West in The Nations.

  • 2 were $1M+ One house priced at $1.395M went under contract in 37209 with downtown views. Another home with 7.5 acres listed for $2.25M did as well.


TUESDAY 9/27

  • 18 were under $400k

  • 2 were $1M+ One house priced at $1.1M went under contract in 12South. Another one in Green Hills listed for $3.49M went under contract too.


MONDAY 9/26

  • 18 were under $400k

  • 11 were between $400-$500K

  • 3 were in the $900K range

  • 1 was $3.8M 4600+sf house in Hillwood with a heated pool and pool/guest house.
