If you’re looking at houses online, do this ⤵️

‌Usually we look at things that just hit the market and dismiss houses that have been on the market for 30 days or more.

BUT at this time of year coming off the holidays, I suggest you take a look at houses that have lingered on the market.

‌

Those listings went on the market at the slowest time of year.

‌

Just because a house has been on the market for 30 days or more doesn’t mean there is something wrong with it.

‌

Timing is everything.

‌

Reset your search and don’t just look at new listings, take a look back too!
