Wendy is a Nashville real estate veteran who is consistently ranked in the top 3% of top producers in the market.
She has a true passion for the business and over 14 years of experience selling Nashville.
She and her husband JT and their son Wulf live in Germantown in a historic 1880’s home. They spent 18 months completing a total renovation on the home, and learned a lot in the process. They own several residential and commercial rental properties including a log cabin west of Nashville in Kingston Springs.
Wendy’s favorite things include starting more renovation projects and visiting her second favorite city, Amsterdam.

She lives in Salemtown in a San Francisco-inspired Italianate-style home with her two dogs Archie and Blue. On the weekends she can be found walking her dogs to neighborhood coffee shops.

Caroline’s favorite things include kayaking the Harpeth and going on scuba diving trips when she has a chance to travel.
