WENDY MONDAY
Wendy is a Nashville real estate veteran who is consistently ranked in the top 3% of top producers in the market.
She has a true passion for the business and over 14 years of experience selling Nashville.
She and her husband JT and their son Wulf live in Germantown in a historic 1880’s home. They spent 18 months completing a total renovation on the home, and learned a lot in the process. They own several residential and commercial rental properties including a log cabin west of Nashville in Kingston Springs.
Wendy’s favorite things include starting more renovation projects and visiting her second favorite city, Amsterdam.

CAROLINE MELVIN
Caroline is an organized and efficient agent with a talent for clearly explaining the steps to buying and selling real estate.

Caroline ran her own marketing firm for three years and uses her experience to find new ways to expose listings in the best light possible. Attention to detail is her strength.

She lives in Salemtown in a San Francisco-inspired Italianate-style home with her two dogs Archie and Blue. On the weekends she can be found walking her dogs to neighborhood coffee shops.

Caroline’s favorite things include kayaking the Harpeth and going on scuba diving trips when she has a chance to travel.

KELLI MONDAY
Kelli is our Director of Client Operations with a talent for organization and an eye for detail.

She has a lively household with a Great Pyrenees named Sheba and Glover the cat.
​
Kelli’s favorite things include a solid Crossfit workout and spending time with her granddaughters Karsyn and Gracie. Her future real estate goals include building a tiny home (or two) on some family land in the hills of East Tennessee.
