That means Williamson County property taxes and school zoning with a Nashville location. Depending on the specific lot, you'll see either a Nashville 37221 or Franklin 37069 mailing address, but all homes are in Williamson County.

The community has about 60 homesites tucked into the rolling hills near Percy and Edwin Warner Parks.

It's a master builder development, so architectural standards are high throughout. Lots start at half an acre, with many closer to two-thirds, and a number of them back to woods or sit elevated with long hill views.

Most homes are built with three-car garages, main-level primary suites, and outdoor living spaces that make the most of the setting.

The Warner Parks are practically in the backyard with over 3,000 acres of trails, scenic drives, and nature preserves just minutes from the neighborhood. And when you want the city, Cool Springs, Franklin, and downtown Nashville are all easily accessible.
